The short version: When you buy or use a BellPath product or this website, these terms apply. The apps are one-time purchases for your own personal use, provided as-is, and are educational tools  not legal, tax, or financial advice.
This website (bellpathos.com and related domains) and the BellPath™ products are operated by BellPath by DSB, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“BellPath,” “DSB,” “we,” “us”). You can reach us at darrell@bellpathbydsb.com. By using this site or our products, you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a BellPath app, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual or household use. You may keep it and use it after updates within the version you bought.
You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the app or its files; share your purchase or unlock code so others can avoid buying; copy or republish the app’s content as your own; or attempt to defeat, remove, or work around any licensing or unlock mechanism. The BellPath name, logo, content, and code remain our property.
BellPath products and content are general educational and personal-organization tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice, and we are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or union representative. Pay rules, contracts, benefits, and tax laws vary and change. For any binding decision, confirm with your union steward, a licensed professional, or your official contract or agency. The trade and union apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any union, employer, or government agency.
The products and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, that calculations or information will fit your exact situation, or that the site will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BellPath by DSB, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to use the products and site lawfully, to keep your own records, to verify anything important before relying on it, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Purchases are processed by our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, please review our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the effective date below when we do, and material changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use the site or products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas will be the venue for any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
